Acceptance of these terms

By using muaythai.tickets, browsing event listings, or buying a ticket through this site, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

These terms apply to every visitor and every buyer. Using the site is enough. We may update these terms and will post the updated version here with a new last-updated date.

What the platform does

muaythai.tickets is a ticketing marketplace for combat sports events in Thailand, including Muay Thai, MMA, and kickboxing. Event organizers list their events on the platform and sell tickets to buyers through our checkout.

We are not the event organizer. The organizer's name is shown on the event listing page. We are responsible for taking your order, processing payment, delivering your ticket by email, handling refunds that are due, and supporting you if something goes wrong with the transaction.

The organizer is responsible for the event itself. That includes the venue, the running order, the published event details, and whether the event happens as advertised.

Buyer obligations

• Provide accurate information at checkout, including a working email address.
• Use the ticket only for the event, date, and ticket type it was issued for.
• Not resell the ticket for profit.
• Follow the venue's and the organizer's rules on the night of the event.
• Be 18 or older to buy a ticket unless Thai law requires a different standard.
• Not use the site to do anything illegal, to defraud us or an organizer, or to attempt to interfere with our systems.

Ticket delivery

Tickets are delivered by email after your payment is successfully captured through Omise. The email contains a QR code and a stable URL where you can view the ticket again. You do not need to install any app.

Delivery is usually immediate. If you do not receive your ticket within 15 minutes of a successful payment, check your spam folder first and then contact us with the email address you used at checkout.

Pricing and payment

All prices on the site are shown in Thai Baht (THB). The price shown on the event page and on checkout is the price you pay at that moment for that ticket type. Any platform fee or payment fee that you pay is shown before you enter your card details.

Payment is processed by Omise. Card data is entered directly into an Omise-hosted form and tokenised by Omise. We do not see or store your card number, expiry date, or CVV. If your bank account is in another currency, your bank handles the conversion and any foreign transaction fee.

Cancellation and refunds

Our cancellation and refund rules are set out in full on two separate pages: Cancellation Policy and Refund Policy.

In summary, tickets are generally non-refundable once issued unless the event is cancelled, materially changed, or a platform or payment error is confirmed.

When a refund is due, the platform issues it back to the original payment method under the rules on those policy pages.

Intellectual property

The muaythai.tickets name, logo, site design, and site code belong to Muaythai Dot Tickets Company Limited. Event posters, event photos, and event descriptions remain the property of the organizer that supplied them.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Thai law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of your use of muaythai.tickets or your purchase of a ticket through us is limited to the total amount you actually paid us for the ticket or tickets in question.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms, your use of the site, or a ticket purchase, that cannot be resolved in good faith between you and us, will be submitted to the competent courts of Thailand.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we post the updated version on this page and change the last-updated date above.

For material changes, we show a visible notice on the site before the change takes effect so you can review it in time.

Ticket transferability

Tickets are non-transferable unless the organizer explicitly enables transfer on the event listing. If transfer is enabled, contact support with your order reference and the recipient's email address. We verify the request and reissue the QR code to the recipient.

Resale for profit is prohibited on all tickets without exception.
