Check when a refund is issued, how much is returned, how the money comes back, and what details we need from you.

Refunds are issued by the platform
This is the refund policy of Muaythai Dot Tickets Company Limited, the merchant of record
for every ticket sold on MuayThai.Tickets.
The Cancellation policy decides whether
a cancellation is accepted and what fee applies. This page explains how the money
returns after a cancellation is confirmed.
Refund amounts
What is returned and when

| Buyer cancels more than 48 hours before the bell | 90% of the ticket face value is refunded. 10% processing fee is retained. Service fee is not refunded. |
| Buyer cancels between 48 hours and 4 hours before the bell | 50% of the ticket face value is refunded. 50% cancellation fee is retained. Service fee is not refunded. |
| Buyer cancels under 4 hours before the bell, or no-show | No refund is issued. |
| Organizer cancels the event | Full refund of the amount paid, including service fee and taxes. No fee is retained. |
| Material venue or date change | If you opt out inside the notification window, the full amount paid is refunded, including service fee and taxes. |
| Duplicate charge or processing error | The incorrect charge is refunded in full after we confirm the payment record. |
The bell is the scheduled start time of the first fight as shown on the
event page. Sales close 4 hours before the bell.
Refund amounts for buyer cancellations are calculated on the ticket face value only. Service fees and taxes are not refunded under a buyer cancellation regardless of
timing. Lineup changes and running-order changes are not refund triggers unless the
organizer also cancels the event or marks the change as refund-eligible.

Where the money goes

| PromptPay | Returned by Thai bank transfer to the account linked to the PromptPay ID used at checkout. |
| Thai mobile banking | Returned by Thai bank transfer when the payment method does not support a network refund. |
| Other wallet or regional payment method | Returned through the original payment method when supported. Otherwise we contact you for the bank-transfer details needed to complete the refund. |
Refunds return to the original payment method or linked account used at checkout. We
cannot send a refund to a different card, wallet, bank account, or PromptPay ID.
Refund time
When it appears

| Duplicate charge | Initiated within 3 business days after we confirm the duplicate payment. |
We initiate approved refunds within 3 business days. After that, card settlement timing
depends on the card issuer.
Not refundable
When we cannot refund

| The event has already taken place | Completed events are not refundable unless the platform confirms an error. |
| The ticket has been scanned | A scanned ticket cannot be refunded. |
| No-show | No-show tickets are not refunded when the event went ahead as scheduled. |
| Ticket bought outside MuayThai.Tickets | We only refund orders placed through our checkout. |
Request
How to request a refund
Email [email protected] from the email address used at checkout.
- Your order reference.
- The reason for the refund request.
- For PromptPay or bank-transfer refunds, the Thai bank account name and account number linked to the payment.
We reply within 24 business hours, Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 18:00 ICT, excluding
Thai public holidays.

Contact us before filing a chargeback
If something has gone wrong with your order, email us first. Duplicate charges, wrong
amounts, and missing tickets can often be resolved directly from the order record.
The merchant name on your statement is MuaythaiTickets. If you do not recognize a
charge under that name, email us with the charge amount and date.
Records
Refund records are retained
Refunded order data, including bank account details collected for bank-transfer refunds,
is retained for 7 years under Thai tax law. After 7 years, personally identifiable
information is pseudonymised while ledger entries remain intact.
