How it works

  2. 2. Review The founder reviews every application. We come back to you within 2 business days, yes or no, with a reason either way.
  3. 3. Sign the agreement Approved organizers sign an organizer agreement that spells out the fee, the payout schedule, and your buyer data rights before the first listing goes live.
  4. 4. List your first event You receive dashboard credentials and event-creation access. Your first event can go live the same day you sign.

Questions

What is the fee? We disclose the platform fee and the payment processing fee before your listing goes live. They are stated as flat numbers in your organizer agreement.

How fast do I get paid? The payout schedule is written into your organizer agreement before you sell a ticket.

Can I keep my other channels? Yes. Listing here does not require exclusivity.

Can I export my buyer list? Yes. Name, email, phone, ticket type, and scan status for your own events.

What happens with no-shows and refunds? Card refunds are processed through Omise. We file chargeback responses. PromptPay refunds issued after payout are funded by you as the organizer.

What happens if the platform shuts down? Your buyer data is yours to export at any time. Outstanding payout obligations remain binding, and tickets for future events are refunded to buyers at the platform's cost.
